Elements highly recommends a pre-order of your entrées no later than 12n the day before your reservation.  After that time selections will be limited. • For your convenience a list of entrées has been provided in the dropdown boxes below, prices are listed for reference only. You will not pay for your meal until the evening you dine with us. 
• If you have specific dietary needs or a special request for your meal (i.e. add a crab cake; substitute shrimp with a crab cake; or gluten free), please indicate in the section provided. 
• You must click "SUBMIT" to complete your selections.  Upon completing, an email will be sent to us, as well as you. Thank you!
